At CreativeCrazi, we are dedicated to delivering your creative tech, Magnetic tiles for STEM, and AI real-time translators as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders storewide.

  • Local Delivery (Singapore): As a Singapore Local Seller, most orders are processed and delivered within within 1 business day. Place your order before 2:00 PM to enjoy Next-Day Delivery (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders vary by location but generally take 7–14 business days.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders for our creative tech and STEM gear are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours so you can follow your AI real-time translators or Magnetic tiles every step of the way.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • CreativeCrazi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
