Refund & Return Policy

At CreativeCrazi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our creative tech, Magnetic tiles for STEM, and AI real-time translators. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • For AI real-time translators, all original accessories, charging cables, and manuals must be included in the return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

  • Customized or personalized 3D-printed gear cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. How to Start a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at thihakyaw.biz@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

6. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
